iPod Video/Classic Repair Inspection

Description

If your iPod Video or iPod Classic is faulty but you are unsure of what repair service is required, please select this repair option. You are paying for an inspection and diagnostic fee. This fee will be deducted from the final repair bill. Return shipping costs are also included with this service. This repair is suitable for the following iPod models:

• iPod 3rd gen (Dock Connector)
• iPod 4th gen (Click Wheel)
• iPod classic 5th gen photo/video
• iPod classic 5.5th gen enhanced
• iPod classic 6th gen
• iPod classic 7th gen

How it works

1. Browse our repair options in our shop and order a repair service.
2. Not sure about the repair service you require? No worries! Select a repair inspection service.
3. Please write your order ID on the package so we can track your order when it arrives with us.
4. You’ll need to ship your device to us at your cost. Sorry! We would recommend Royal Mail Recorded or Special.
5. Repairs will take approx 3-7 working days, depending on the fault.
6. We will contact you when repairs are completed and take payment.
7. We will ship your repaired device back to you!
