iPod Classic 2009 (REPAIRED!) Since modern day Apple products (as well as much other tech) has become more and more problematic and solely focused on recurring monthly / yearly upgrades /... read more spends, I decided to go back to my old faithful iPod Classic from 2009. After connecting the iPod via USB into my modern car, the hard drive shorted-out resulting in a red circle with an X in the middle. I got in touch with Philip at Apple Repairs Kent for a repair / replacement modern SSD and within a week the iPod was back in my hand and working perfectly inc original software installed. The iPod connects to modern day iTunes no problem. I haven't dared re-connect the iPod to my car via the USB, so I charge it up once every two weeks (via a plug) and connect the iPod via the Aux Headphone Jack. It's perfect!
